High Quality Sheltered Instruction TrainingDATE: Jan. 17-18, 2008. PRESENTED BY: Dr. Tonnie Martinez DESCRIPTION: This is a two-day session designed for all K-12 ESL teachers, K-12 content classroom teachers and ESL program directors. LOCATION: Downtown Kansas City Marriott located at 200 W. 12th St., Kansas City, MO. RESERVATION OF ROOMS: Call the Marriott at 816-412-6800 by Jan. 4 to reserve your rooms under the group name Midwest Equity Training. The Midwest Center wll pay for rooms on Jan 16 and 17. You are responsible for making your reservations and canceling them in case you cannot attend. You will be charged for a room that is not canceled. TRAINING DURATION: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days. TRAINING FEE: $100 per participant.
